A CNC-machined aluminum headset top cap for 28.6mm (1-1/8") threadless steerer tubes. Replaces stock plastic caps that crack or strip over time, and the included 35mm bolt gives you enough thread engagement for proper headset preload adjustment. Fits most MTB and road bike forks with a standard 1-1/8" steerer.

• 28.6mm Steerer Compatibility – Fits the standard 1-1/8" (28.6mm) threadless steerer found on most MTB, road, and hybrid forks. Not compatible with 1" or 1.5" steerers — verify your fork spec before ordering.
• 31.8mm Cap Diameter – Covers the stem top and steerer opening cleanly on standard stems. Check your stem’s top cap recess if you’re running an unusual stem design.
• Includes 35mm Bolt – Long enough for most stem stack heights. The bolt threads into the star nut or expander plug in the steerer to set headset preload.
• 7g Cap + 7g Bolt – Total weight of ~14g means swapping from a heavier stock cap makes a small but real weight difference on a build where grams matter.
