Shipping policy

OVERVIEW Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spectral Designs. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, powered by Shopify.


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that high volume periods or circumstances outside of our control may cause processing delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • USPS (Standard Domestic): 2-5 business days - ~$5-7 calculated at checkout

  • USPS (Express Domestic): 1-2 business days - ~$28-34 calculated at checkout

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Worldwide. There may be a few exceptions not listed.

  • DHL Express (International): 2-5 business days - Starting at ~$35 and can vary based on destination; calculated at checkout

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Spectral Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Unless otherwise expressly stated, our posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

European Union Customers: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you are protected by the 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at designsspectral@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Spectral Designs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Damages, Lost Packages, and Liability

As outlined in Section 5 of our Terms of Service, Spectral Designs is not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at designsspectral@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
